Storage & prep

Store refrigerated below 5°C, and consume on or before the use by date shown on the pack. Suitable for home freezing. Freeze as soon as possible after delivery and before the best before date. Use within one month of freezing. Ensure that the product is fully defrosted before cooking. Once defrosted do not re-freeze. .

Suitable for frying or oven baking. Wrap into a parchment parcel and cook in the oven for 10-15 minutes or until the fish is cooked thoroughly. Alternatively pan fry for 6-8 minutes or until the fish is cooked though.
