Storage & prep

Keep in a cool and dry place. Once opened keep refrigerated below 8C, covered in its brine and consume within 5 days. Ready to serve (or cook with). When using in a cooked dish, try to add towards the end of cooking (this will give you even better flavour and texture). Not suitable for home freezing.
