Storage & prep

We guarantee that your fish will have at least 3 days before its expiry date, including the day of your delivery. Keep refrigerated. All of our fish can be frozen. Stunning pan-fried, poached, roasted or wrapped up in a parcel with some veggies, like fennel and leek, spice (a little ginger and chilli) and a splash of wine.
