Born and raised on the Wiltshire farm that she now runs, Helen Browning OBE is one of the top authorities on organic farming, as Chief Executive of the Soil Association. Storage & prep

Store in the fridge. Once opened use within 3 days. Ideal for home freezing. If freezing do so on day of purchase and consume within one month. Defrost throughly before use. Do not refreeze after thawing.

Grill or fry for 4-6 minutes, turning occasionally. Add to recipes as directed.
