Storage & prep

Store between 0°C & 4°C. Suitable for home freezing. Freeze on day of delivery. Fully defrost in a refrigerated environment over 24 hours. Once fully defrosted, use within 24 hours. Do not re-freeze.

Cooking instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 200°C (180°C fan/Gas mark 6).
2. Sear the chicken in a non-stick pan with a little oil, then transfer to a shallow roasting tray. Cook for 15-20 minutes until cooked through and piping hot. Serve straight away.
3. Alternatively, air fry at 200°C for 16 minutes until cooked through and piping hot.
