Storage & prep

Keep refrigerated between 0°C-5°C. Previously frozen - not suitable for home freezing.

Cook through until piping hot. Once opened, consume within 24 hours.

Preheat the oven to 200°C. Season both sides with salt and pepper, lightly oil and place onto a baking tray with parchment paper. Roast for 11-13 minutes. When the fish is cooked through the flesh should be firm to the touch. Rest for 3-4 minutes once cooked.
