Storage & prep

Store between 0°C & 4°C. Suitable for home freezing. Freeze on day of delivery. Fully defrost in a refrigerated environment over 24 hours. Once fully defrosted, use within 24 hours. Do not re-freeze.

Cooking instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 200°C (180°C Fan/Gas mark 6).
2. Place chicken in a roasting tray and drizzle with olive oil. Lightly season with salt, then place in the centre of oven. Roast for 30 minutes.
3. Leave to rest in a warm place for 5 minutes before serving. Try serving with mashed potato and green beans.
