Ingredients
1 mug of good quality ketchup (ours works a treat)
½ mug of strong coffee
½ mug of honey or black treacle
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp Worcester sauce
2 tbsp Dijon or wholegrain mustard
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp finely chopped rosemary leaves
½ tsp paprika
1 garlic clove
Sea salt
Freshly ground pepper

Method
1. Pop all the ingredients – apart from the garlic, salt and pepper – into a saucepan.
2. Crush the garlic with a good pinch of salt and stir that in.
3. Set the mixture over medium heat. Let it bubble up to thicken.
4. Taste and add some black pepper or a little more salt if you like.
5. Pour into clean jars, seal and store.
6. Keep It CoolThis sauce freezes well, and will keep in the fridge for up to a week.
