Unrefined and unpasteurised, their cold-pressed virgin oil is crafted from fresh coconuts, which are carefully peeled, shredded, pressed and filtered. Each coconut is grown sustainably in Sri Lanka by a collective of over 3000 organic farmers, who have the utmost care for their land and coconut trees.
Each part of the coconut is used, which helps make this oil even more sustainable. The husks are sold for fuel or activated carbon, the coconut water is used to wash the coconut meat and any unused flesh is sold on or used as animal feed – nothing gets wasted.
This beautiful oil is snowy white at room temperature and will naturally start melting at 24? into a clear liquid form – simply pop your jar into the fridge for a few hours if it starts to soften.
