Ingredients you'll need
  • 2 apples
  • 1 celery stick
  • A thumb of ginger
  • 100g baby leaf spinach
  • 500ml ultimate almond drink

Step by step this way

    Quarter the apples and slice out the core. Roughly chop them and add them to your blender. Trim the dry ends off the celery stick, roughly chop it and add it to the blender. Peel 25g ginger and grate it into the blender (you can leave the skin on if you prefer). Add the baby leaf spinach.

    Add a handful of ice and pour in 500ml ultimate almond drink. Blend until smooth. Pour into 2 glasses and serve.
