Our plaice is demersal otter trawled, and comes from Cornwall/Devon. It has an MCS rating of 3.Caution: Although every care has been taken to remove bones, some may remain.

Storage & prep

Perfect when grilled or baked, the head of the fish has been removed but the skin is still in place to hold the fish together during cooking. We recommend baking the fillet in foil with a little lemon juice at about 200 degrees.

Suitable for freezing on day of purchase. Defrost fully in a refrigerator
before use. Do not frefreeze once defrosted.
