Haddock is a white fish, ideal for battering and frying, but equally delicious roasted or steamed.

Hake Fillets, Abel & Cole, pack of 2 (260g)
Great for a fish pie, hake’s firm, sweet, white meat makes it one of our best fish. It’s got a medium flake and a milder flavour than cod.
Our hake comes from both Cornwall and the Irish/North Seas. From Cornwall it will either be gill or fixed netted and have an MCS rating of 1. When caught in the Irish/North Sea, it will be pelagic/demersal otter trawled and have an MCS rating of 2.
Caution: Although every care has been taken to remove bones, some may remain.

Our wild venison comes from Chris Chappel and Stephen Crouch’s beautiful Hampshire woodlands. When slowly cooked, diced venison is meltingly tender – it's utterly gorgeous, and wonderfully lean. It’s just the ticket in our Wild Venison Ragu recipe.

Allergen information: Abel & Cole handles celery, celeriac, peanuts and nuts on site. Due to our packing process and re-use of boxes there is a risk of cross-contamination from these, and all other allergens.

On occasion we may be left short of certain meat and fish. If that ever happens, we'll be sure to pop something similar into your box.
