That’s why they make sure to freeze catches within 1-4 days of them being landed. Everything we sell from them, will have been defrosted for delivery. Meaning you’ll only get the most flavoursome seafood, without missing out on the advantages of it being frozen. Plus, everything will have the guarantee of having a 1-3 MCS rating, ensuring you’ll get responsibly sourced fish and seafood every time.

Storage & prep

Store chilled 0°c - 5°c. Previously frozen. Not suitable for home freezing.

Preheat air fryer to 200°C. Arrange goujons in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 8-10 minutes, turning halfway, until golden, crispy, and fully cooked. Serve hot.
Or, preheat oven to 220°C (fan 200°C). Arrange goujons in a single layer on a baking tray. Bake for 15-18 mins, turning halfway, until golden, crispy, and fully cooked. Serve hot.
