Storage & prep

Keep refrigerated between 0 to 5°C. Once opened consume withing 24 hours. Previously frozen. Not suitable for home freezing.

Pan fry at a low to medium heat with vegetable oil for 2-3 minutes either side or until golden and crispy. Or, oven bake for 8-10 minutes at 180°C.
