Luke Beech heads up The Watercress Company in Dorset, growing delicious watercress to high organic standards. These peppery leaves have been planted in purpose-built gravel beds since the 1850s and are protected by cool, calcium-rich spring water. Luke’s farm works in harmony with nature, encouraging wildlife including bats, birds and otters. The Watercress Company also have farms in Jerez, Spain where our watercress comes from when it's too cool to grow in the UK.
