Storage & prep

Smoked haddock is perfect for a kedgeree, and also makes a great addition to pasta dishes. Suitable for grilling, frying, oven baking or BBQ cooking. Must be cooked BEFORE Consumption. It should be refrigerated upon delivery.

Suitable for freezing on day of purchase. Defrost fully in a refrigerator before use. Do not frefreeze once defrosted.
