Pop the cork on this young English sparkler from the multi-talented powerhouse, Laverstoke Park in Hampshire. Since 2006 their vines have been managed under biodynamic principles, focusing on happy soil that supports a strong vine with the tastiest, most balanced wine. The 2013 Brut vintage is a biodynamic wine mixing Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier with a dash of Chardonnay. This flavour is aged for four years alongside its yeasts, then released to deliver rich aromas of warm brioche and buttered toast. It’s just one more reason to drink British Brut!
