Our organic candles come from Skar Organics, the brilliant bods behind the UK’s first certified organic candles. Concerns for the toxicity of conventional candles lead Skar to organic alternatives. They believe a candle tells a story. From the wick to the wax, Skar Organics make the most ethical choice, bringing together a beautiful blend of sustainable stories that burns brightly. Our recycled glass candle holders are from Jarapa. Recycled, upcycled and natural products are Jarapa’s focus, when it comes to sourcing homeware with conscience. Jarapa’s glassware is all produced at Vidrios San Miguel, a specialised factory in Spain that’s used 100% recycled glass for over 23 years. They’re committed to eco-conscious crafting and with every three bottles they recycle, enough energy is saved to charge a smartphone for a whole year. Jarapa further limit their carbon footprint by cutting out air miles and importing by train instead. So, for decorations and furnishings that don’t weigh on the world, Jarapa’s ready to lend a hand. Dried flowers and ivy are all from our organic flower farms.
Abel & Cole handles celery, celeriac, peanuts and nuts on site. Due to our packing process and re-use of boxes there is a risk of cross-contamination from these, and all other allergens.

When you receive your kit, pop your ivy into a glass or vase of water to keep it as fresh as possible until you're ready to make your decoration. To make your table decoration kit:
Wind ivy around holder, use twine to hold in place. Tuck dried flowers in to fill in gaps. Insert candle and light! Alternatively, you could use the ivy to make a small wreath ring, insert your dried flowers and lay it flat on a table, place your candle in its holder inside the ring and light! It should look fresh for a about a week before you need to replace the ivy but all other elements can be used over again.
