Based in Devon, Happy Butter started in Rupert and Kate’s kitchen, in an effort to replace veggie, nut and seed oils for health reasons. That small-batch approach is still used now, to ensure the quality and taste is always as top-notch as it has been. Along with using only the best organic ingredients, and then churning it all by hand the traditional way, Happy Butter’s organic ghee is like no other.
