Hailing from the south east of Sicily’s shores in the region of Vittoria, Frappato’s featherweight profile and summer fruit symphony makes it the favoured tipple of Sicilians and visitors alike. This little number is farmed organically and fermented in concrete tanks to preserve the purity and elegance of fruit. Don’t be afraid to serve a little chilled in summer either.
