Made using the Farro wheat, this textured, wholegrain couscous is a mezze in the making. We recommend mixing it up with parsley, mint, tomato, spring onion, a spritz of lemon and a drizzle of oil for a top-notch tabbouleh. However you decide to enjoy it, this is your top choice for quality and authenticity, thanks to Rustichella d’Abruzzo’s many years of experience in making wholegrain pantry staples.

Producer

Rustichella d’Abruzzo only use the very best semolina from selected, organic durum wheat. This flour, with a high gluten content, is mixed with pure mountain water to give a unique firmness and flavour to their traditional pasta. Their respect for the old-fashioned way of doing things means they can offer a hearty Italian pasta that’s convenient, yet as traditional as you can get without making it yourself.
