Pyman Pâtés was started in 2006 by Thomas Pyman, after graduating from Plymouth catering college he started making a special cranberry pâté for the local hotel. They were so impressed that they persuaded him to carry on after Christmas. With the help of his beloved Suzuki Alto, which was far older than he was, he began to supply the local farmers markets and pubs. He still cooks at the Skylark at Clearbrook on Dartmoor at weekends.
