For the true tomato lover. A colourful selection of organic Heritage tomatoes to adorn your plate. Heritage Tomatoes have a different (some might say superior) flavour to modern toms. They vary from being milder, sharper and stronger. A rainbow of flavours.

You’ll notice when your toms arrive that they have a little cushion under them. It’s to keep your tomatoes fresher for longer in the fridge, and it's made using organic and natural ingredients. Just leave it out with your empty boxes and we’ll collect it to recycle and compost for you.

These sweet English tomatoes come from Wild Country. Wild Country Organics is a modern organic family farm run by Dr. Adrian Izzard (the ‘Dr.’ is not a typo – he has a PhD in biological science!) in Cambridgeshire. He’s been organic for more than 11 years and over the last ten years he has pioneered the growing techniques to produce a wide range of organic vegetables in glasshouses without using artificial heating.

Storage & prep

Tomatoes absolutely love sunbathing, so leave them on the windowsill if they need ripening. Or, pop them in the fridge if they’re already ripe, and take them out a few hours before you eat or cook with them – they taste much better at room temperature. Give your tomatoes a quick rinse before slicing for your salad.
