The best way to eat sugar snap peas is straight up: raw. With nothing else. They are so sweet, crunchy and delicious and even better, you can eat the whole thing. No podding. No waste. If you want to dress them up a bit, dip them into a creamy yogurty dressing or toss them with other salady things for a quick lunch. Don’t forget to wash your fruit and veg before use.
