The brilliant bods at Belazu have always believed that “great food needs great ingredients”. Their story begins back in 1991, when founders George and Adam first brought back a car boot full of Monsieur Soler’s glossy Provençal olives to the UK. Since then, they’ve not stopped following the sun in their quest to find the finest, ethically- and sustainably-sourced ingredients to create the very best food.
Like us, our friends at Belazu are passionate about people. They know all their growers and makers personally, and have worked hand in hand with many of them for decades. Belazu are committed to doing things as ethically and sustainably as possible, donating a percentage of their profits to charities including the Belazu Foundation, which supports food and education projects for children and young people in the UK and the Mediterranean.
