Palace Culture got its start in the Parmigiani family kitchen in Crystal Palace. Due to his four-year-old son’s dairy intolerance, Mirko Parmigiani made it his mission to create a delicious, dairy-free cheese for the family to enjoy. Combining his love for flavour with a deep passion for health and sustainability, he began making nut-based cheeses using raw and local ingredients. The resulting creations were a huge success, and soon enough, word of these nutty cheeses spread throughout Crystal Palace. This led to Palace Culture’s first stall at Crystal Palace farmers’ market.
