This legendary honey is made from the nectar of the gods. That’s hardly an exaggeration considering the bees behind this extraordinary treasure live in hives at the foot of Mount Olympus itself. Greek artisanal beekeeper, Alexandros Gousiaris relocated his hives to the oak forest there to foster a monovarietal honey with real character. It has a robust caramel character, less saccharine than conventional honey, and develops a darker colour too that sees this mythical treat stand apart from the crowd.

This raw honey is made in small batches and extracted while the honey is cold, without filters, pasteurisation or processing. There’s nothing standing between you and the natural nutrition found in every jar, ready to drizzle over Greek yogurt or a crunchy crust of sourdough. However you enjoy this nectar of the gods, it’ll make your day legendary.

While this honey was only supposed to be part of our guest range, it’s proven so popular that we’ve decided to keep it permanently
