Like all of Dà Mhìle’s artisan spirits, it’s distilled with care on their organic family farm in Ceredigion, mid Wales.

Back in 1992, John Savage-Onstwedder went looking for a bottle of organic whisky for a celebration, but no such thing existed. Inspired, John founded Dà Mhìle, who have been creating the finest, organic spirits ever since. In 2012, the family opened their very own distillery on Glynhynod Farm, and their spirit-making has gone from strength to strength. From Apple Brandy to Seaweed Gin, all of their unique spirits are inspired by the family’s rich history and beautiful surroundings.
