- 50ml Pentire Coastal Spritz
- 15ml fresh grapefruit juice
- 15ml grapefruit simple syrup
- 100-150ml sparkling cranberry drink, chilled
- Grapefruit slice, to garnish

Method
1. Fill a highball or copa glass with ice cubes. Pour in the Pentire Coastal Spritz, grapefruit juice and grapefruit syrup. Gently stir for 30 secs or so to chill, then top up with the chilled sparkling cranberry drink. Stir a few more times to just mix it all together. Drop in a slice of grapefruit to garnish and serve with reusable straws.
2. Grapefruit Simple Syrup
Simmer 250g sugar with 125ml water and 125ml grapefruit juice for 2 mins, then leave to cool. Transfer to a bottle or jar and chill until needed. It will keep for up to 2 weeks in the fridge.
