Ingredients
- 1 tbsp golden linseed
- 2 ripe bananas
- 125g raspberries
- 30g jumbo porridge oats
- 50g smooth peanut butter
- 300ml almond drink
- Maple syrup, to taste

Method
1. The night before you want to make your smoothie, tip the golden linseeds into a small bowl and add 3 tbsp cold water. Leave to soak.
2. In the morning, peel the banana and break it into a blender. Tip in the raspberries and scoop in the soaked linseeds with their water. Add the oats and peanut butter.
3. Pour in the almond drink and add a handful of ice cubes. Blend till smooth and creamy. Taste and add a little maple syrup, if liked, to sweeten and blitz again. Pour into 2 glasses and serve.
4. Eat Me, Keep Me
The smoothie will keep overnight in the fridge, if you want to make one batch for two days.
