- 4 kiwi fruit
- 2 bananas
- 250g strawberries
- 2 lemons
- 40g caster sugar
- 150g hazelnut chocolate spread
- 40g honey
- 125ml double cream
- 125g blueberries

Method
1. Make your
pancakes then keep them warm in an oven set to a low heat heat while you assemble your grazing board.
2. Grab a large board or tray. Line it with baking paper (this is optional, but it can make cleaning easier). Take a plate that's roughly the same size as your pancakes and place it on the board where you wnat to stack up your pancakes. Set aside.
3. Peel the kiwi fruit and slice them into rounds. Peel and slice the bananas. Hull the strawberries and hlave or hull any large ones. Slice the lemons into wedges. Tip the caster sugar into a small bowl. Spoon the hazelnut chocolate spread into a separate bowl. Then pour the honey into a third bowl.
4. Whisk the double cream until soft peaks form and spoon into a bowl.
5. Arrange the bowls on the board. Then fill in the gaps with the kiwis, bananas, strawberries, lemon wedges and blueberries. Take the pancakes out of the oven and place them on the board, removing the plate that marked their space. Serve the board straight away.
