Fantastic recipe. I love chicken kiev but since being diagnosed as diabetic and adopting a paleo diet I obviously can't have something coated in breadcrumbs, so to find this recipe was very interesting. I tried it last week and it's truly fantastic and easy to do. Delicious. Hubby liked it too :-)

Cooked this recipe this evening for my grandsons and myself. It was delicious and the boys loved it as well. Served it up with mashed spuds, cabbage and carrots and poured the leaked parsley and garlic butter over the veg.
