Ingredients
- ½-1 melon
- 1 mini cucumber
- 1 lime
- A handful of mint, leaves only
- A few ice cubes

Method
1. Halve the melon, scoop the seeds out, then slice the skin away. Roughly chop the melon flesh and pop it in your blender (if you have a big blender you can use all the melon in this smoothie, although you may need to trickle in a bit more water).
2. Roughly chop the mini cucumber and add it to the melon. Finely grate in the lime zest. Squeeze in the lime juice. Pick the mint leaves off their sprigs and add them to the blender.
3. Pour in 300ml cold water and add a few ice cubes. Blitz till smooth and combined, then pour into a couple of glasses to serve.
