- 600g baby broccoli
- 4 garlic cloves

Method
1. Trim the dry ends from the baby broccoli stems. Peel and thinly slice 4 gralic cloves. Halve the lemon, ready for juicing.
2. Place a large, deep frying pan or wok on a medium heat. Add 2 tbsp oil and the garlic. Fry, stirring, for 10 secs, then add the broccoli. Toss everything together to mix. Fry the broccoli, turning it often, for 2 mins to just start cooking it.
3. Pour 100ml water into the pan and pop on a lid. Cook for 3-4 mins till the broccoli is tender and cooked all the way through.
4. Add 50g butter and squeeze in the juice from half a lemon. Season with salt and pepper. Toss the broccoli to coat it in the butter as it melts. Taste and add more lemon juice, salt or pepper, if you think it needs it. Transfer to a serving dish and serve straight away.
