Kiwi Bellini
We think our organic Prosecco is really rather special, and adding your veg box kiwis for an extra seasonal something really tops it off.
Ingredients
- 4 Kiwi Fruit
- Prosecco
- 1 Lemon, juice only
- 1 tbsp sugar
Method
1. Pop your kiwis, sugar and lemon juice in the blender and whizz till smooth.
2. Pour the coulis into chilled flutes.
3. Add your Prosecco, pouring over the back of a tablespoon.
4. Drink separated or swirl for a mix up.
