Kiwi, Banana & Matcha Milkshake

Cool down this summer with a fresh fruit milkshake. Made with tangy kiwis and sweet banana, this delicious drink is blended with a spoonful of matcha powder then topped with whipped great. The perfect treat on sunny days.

Ingredients

  • 2 kiwis
  • 1 banana
  • 250ml full cream milk
  • 150g real Greek yogurt
  • 1 heaped tsp matcha green tea powder, plus extra to garnish
  • 2 tsp honey
  • Whipped cream, to garnish

Method

1. Trim the tops and bottoms off the kiwi fruit, then slice off the peel. Roughly chop them and scoop them into a blender. Peel the banana and break it into the blender.
2. Pour in the milk and spoon in the yogurt. Add 1 heaped tsp matcha green tea powder and 2 tsp honey. Blender until smooth.
3. Pour the milkshake into 2 glasses. Top with whipped cream and an extra sprinkle of matcha powder. Serve straight away with reuseable straws.
