Nothing says Christmas like a champagne cocktail, and this easy-to-make drink is a fresh take on a classic French 75. Fatty's Organic Gin has an aromatic herbaceous flavour with a dash of citrus that blends beautifully with sweet elderflower liqueur. Just add fizz.

Ingredients

  • 25ml Fatty’s Organic Gin
  • 1 tsp elderflower liqueur
  • Chilled Champagne or Prosecco, to top up
  • Mint sprig, to garnish

Method

1. Fill a tumbler with ice and pour over the gin and the elderflower liqueuer. Top up the glass with chilled Champagne or Prosecco, briefly stir, then tuck in a mint sprig to serve.
2. This cocktail is easy to multiply. One bottle of Champagne will make around 8-10 cocktails, so multiply the gin and elderflower liqueur to match.
