Blueberry, Banana & Pumpkin Seed Smoothie

Creamy banana loves the subtly sharp sweetness of fresh blueberries, and if you throw in a nutty handful of pumpkin seeds and a trickle of coconut water, this dynamic fruit duo make a seriously sippable smoothie.

  • 2 bananas
  • 125g blueberries
  • 2 tbsp pumpkin seeds
  • 300ml coconut water

Method

1. Peel the bananas and break them into your blender. Tip in the blueberries and pumpkin seeds.
2. Pour in 300ml coconut water and add a few ice cubes. Blitz for 1-2 mins till smooth and combined, then pour into two glasses and serve.
