Apple, Tahini & Spinach Green Shake

This velvety green is sweet, creamy and refreshing. It gets its silky texture from baby leaf spinach, while apples and banana provide the sweetness.

Ingredients

  • 400g apples
  • 2 celery sticks
  • 1 banana
  • 2 tbsp tahini
  • 100g baby leaf spinach
  • 500ml almond drink

Method

1. Quarter the apples and slice out their cores. Roughly chop the apples and celery then scoop them into a blender. Peel the banana and break it into the blender.
2. Add the tahini. Tuck in the baby leaf spinach. Pour in 500ml almond drink, add a few ice cubes and blitz till smooth. Pour into a couple of glasses and serve.
