Apple & Peanut Butter Smoothie

A sweet, sharp smoothie that blitzes crunchy apples and celery with smooth banana and peanut butter, and a dash of warm, spicy cinnamon to tie it all together.

Ingredients

  • 2 apples
  • 2 celery sticks
  • 1 banana
  • 40g peanut butter
  • A pinch of cinnamon

Method

1. Quarter the apples, slice out the cores, then roughly chop the apples. Add to your blender. Trim the dry ends off the celery sticks, roughly chop the celery and add to the blender. Peel and break in the banana.
2. Add the peanut butter and a pinch of cinnamon. Pour in 300ml cold water. Add a few ice cubes and blend till smooth. Pour into glasses and serve dusted with a little extra cinnamon.
