Tuck into our sustainably-caught, wild Monkfish Tails, perfect for dinner parties. Like lobster, the best meat from the monkfish is found in its tail, with each one containing two different fillets. Wonderfully meaty and firm, it has a sweet, mild flavour, like langoustine. Excellent for pan-frying and serving alongside your favourite fresh, crunchy veg, for a simple yet elegant meal.

Our monkfish is otter trawled from Cornwall and will either have an MCS rating of 2 or 3.Caution: Although every care has been taken to remove bones, some may remain.
