Launched by Melissa Sharp in 2015, Modern Baker was started to take staple foods back to how they used to be – then improve them even more. Using scientific research, Modern Baker has pioneered a range of nourishing breads, cakes and biscuits – all with gut health in mind. They always make sure to use simple, top-quality ingredients and everything undergoes 48 hours of fermentation. This not only develops the flavour fully, but also adds some nourishing properties too – meaning you’ll get delicious, fresh bakes each time.
