Set up in 2003, Pieminister is an independent family-run business based in Bristol. They’re a B Corp just like us with a passion for making great tasting pies and positive change. In their pies, you’ll only find the best quality ingredients. Committing to use 100% free-range, slow-grown British chicken and beef. But Pieminister also work to make a positive impact on people and planet. They’ve supported reforestation projects in Kent, raised funds for a variety of charities and gave away over 10,000 pies to UKHarvest, to get food to those most in need.

British beef (27%), whole milk, rice flour, onion, craft ale (9%) (wheat* & barley*), carrot, maize starch, butter (milk), identity preserved palm oil, tapioca starch, maize flour, soya flour, modified corn starch, tomato puree, Worcester sauce (water, spirit vinegar, cane molasses, tamarind paste, salt, onion powder, cayenne powder, garlic powder, clove powder), salt, wheat* maltodextrin, garlic, herbs, Dijon mustard (water, mustard seeds, spirit vinegar, salt), thickener (cellulose), cornflour, yeast extract powder, black pepper, buckwheat flour, raising agents (sodium acid pyrophosphate, sodium bicarbonate), green peppercorn, flavouring, leek powder, mushroom powder, caramelised sugar powder, barley* malt extract. * The ale has been made from gluten-containing grains, but the gluten is removed during processing. Our pies are tested in an accredited laboratory for gluten and our gluten free processes have been assessed and certified by the Association of European Coeliac Societies and Coeliac UK to carry the Crossed Grain symbol, showing that they contain 20 ppm gluten or less.

Storage & prep

Keep refrigerated between 0°C and 5°C. Suitable for home freezing; freeze before use by date and keep between -18°C and -22 °C. Defrost fully in a refrigerator for 24 hours before cooking and keep below 5°C. Reheat as chilled once defrosted.

Remove all packaging, place on a baking tray in a preheated oven. Cook for 25 minutes at 180°C, fan 160°C, 350°F or Gas 4. Suitable for air fryer heating.
