Adhering closely to the classic ‘Nduja recipe, this vegan substitute combines hot Calabrian chillies and sweet peppers with a blend of coconut, extra virgin olive oil and paprika. Use it as cooking paste to add heat to a vegan ragù, sprinkle on top of pizza, or add to your sandwich for a spicy kick.
