- Darling Howe, Torpenhow (230g): A British brie-style cheese with a creamy, buttery texture. Made at Park House Farm, Cumbria, using organic milk from Jersey Friesians, for a slightly sweet and nutty flavour

- Oak Smoked Park House Cheddar, Torpenhow (160g): Creamy, flavoursome and delicately balanced. Smoked using oak wood chips for a depth of flavour and made with organic milk from Park House Farm

- Carrick, The Ethical Dairy (150g): A traditional farmhouse cheese, with a deep, nutty flavour and rich aroma. Made using organic milk from Rainton Farm, from a high-welfare herd where the cows and calves aren’t separated

- Fleet Valley Blue, The Ethical Dairy (150g): Silky and creamy with a complex taste. Made using raw organic milk from Rainton Farm, from a high-welfare herd where the cows and calves aren’t separated. And left to ripen for three to four months to allow the flavour to fully develop.

*Due to the Fleet Valley Blue being made with raw milk, we wouldn’t recommend this cheese for certain population groups such as pregnant people*
