Pork trim, mixed wild game (32%) (vension, pheasant, partridge), smoked bacon trim, chestnuts (8%), dry cure streaky bacon (8%), pitted prunes (5%), water, binding agent (potato starch, gluten free breadcrumb (rice flour, potato starch, tapioca starch, dextrose, sugar, yeast, salt, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, maize starch, psyllium fibre), citrus fibre), spices (mixed spice, juniper, orange zest powder, garlic powder, dried thyme, mace, ground white pepper, cloves), seasoning (Salt, Potato Starch, Spices (white Pepper, Coriander, Nutmeg, Black Pepper, Chilli Powder, Pimento), Stabiliser (pentasodium Triphosphate), Dextrose, Yeast Extract, Preservative (sodium Disulphite), Onion Powder, Antioxidant (ascorbic Acid)). Storage & prep

Store between 0°C & 4°C.

Cooking instructions:
Oven
1. Remove the meatloaf from the packaging and allow to come to room temperature before cooking.
2. Preheat your oven to 200°C/180°C fan (gas 6).
3. Place the meatloaf into the middle shelf of the oven on a roasting tray. Roast for approximately 50 minutes, basting once or twice as it cooks, reaching a core temperature of minimum 70ºC before resting.
4. Remove from the oven, and keep warm by covering with a sheet of foil.
5. Rest for 15 minutes before carving.

Air Fryer
1. Air fry at 180°C for 35 minutes until the meatloaf reaches a core temperature of minimum 70ºC before resting.

Suitable for home freezing. Freeze on day of delivery. Fully defrost in a refrigerated environment over 24 hours. Once fully defrosted, use within 24hours. Do not re-freeze
