That’s why they make sure to freeze catches within 1-4 days of them being landed. Everything we sell from them, will have been defrosted for delivery. Meaning you’ll only get the most flavoursome seafood, without missing out on the advantages of it being frozen. Plus, everything will have the guarantee of having a 1-3 MCS rating, ensuring you’ll get responsibly sourced fish and seafood every time.

Store chilled 0°c - 5°c. Previously frozen. Not suitable for home freezing.
Remove fillets from packaging and pat dry. Season lightly. Pan-fry skin-side down in hot oil for 2-3 minutes until crisp. Turn and cook for 1-2 minutes until cooked through and flaky. Serve hot.
