A fresh, flaky white fish, smaller than cod, with a slightly sweeter flavour. This pair of haddock fillets are ideal for battering and frying, or ace roasted. Our haddock is sustainably and responsibly sourced by the Celtic Coast Fish Company from Icelandic and Scottish seas, where it is line caught. Our friends at Celtic Coast work with small-scale fisheries to ensure full traceability and only source from spots where stock is plentiful, selecting fish with a rating of 1-3 on the Marine Conservation Society’s sustainability scale. This fresh haddock has a rating of 2. Caution: Although every care has been taken to remove bones, some may remain.
