Born and raised on the Wiltshire farm that she now runs, Helen Browning OBE is one of the top authorities on organic farming, as Chief Executive of the Soil Association. Storage & prep

Store in a cool, dry and dark place. Sip on its own, over ice, with sparkling wine or champagne for a classic Kir. Mix with tonic water or soda for a zesty low alcohol spritz. Delicious as a base for cocktails or drizzle over ice cream and deserts. Can also be used as a cooking ingredients. Ideal for use in a sauce with lamb.
