We’re sure the people at The Tofoo Co. won’t mind it when we say that they’re absolutely fanatical about organic tofu. Since 1999, they’ve been hand-making their magic curds in small batches up Yorkshire way. While that might not be the traditional heart of the tofu industry, they still make their speciality in the traditional way, to their own secret recipe.

Storage & prep

Keep refrigerated below 5C. Once opened, place in water in an airtight container. Use within 48 hours.

Drain. No need to press - we're special like that. Chop, cook, enjoy. To fry: heat 1tbsp oil in a pan and fry for five minutes, turning frequently. To bake: toss in a little oil and bake on a tray for 20-25 mins at 180 / 160 fan.
